Something For The Weekend - Win a Grand Day Out with Multibionta Vitamins

Hello again compers!  How has your week been, any nice wins to report?  A few more bits and pieces here including a £10 ASOS voucher from the Witch Switch to Witch comp and a Fimo kids play set from theschoolrun.com, a bnice pressie to stash away for my girls for Christmas.  Today is the end of the month, and is a good time to reflect on what we have won and focus on the month ahead.  I keep saying to my husband “oh I must try and win…” and his reply is always “concentrate on holidays that is all!”  But I CAN’T!  There are too many lovely comps out there for toys, vouchers, clothes, electronics etc just to concentrate solely on holidays.  Yes I would dearly love to win us a family break or a romantic trip to London for me and the hubby, but Christmas is coming and I am conscious of all the lovely things I want to win there too.  What is on your wish list at the moment?  Have you managed to tick any off yet?

How is the weather where you are?  Going through stages of wet and mild, followed by cold and crisp here on the Island – the latter being my favourite.  Nothing worse than a dank, wet school run to start the day – takes 20 minutes to get everyone into waterproofs, and then another 20 minutes to get everyone out again the other end!   The changeable weather has meant lots of bugs going round school too – we haven’t had any really nasty ones yet, but touching everything made of wood as we speak!  I tend to make a conscious effort during October and November to double everyone’s intake of fresh fruit and veg, and home cooked meals - to get our bodies back into shape after a summer of ice creams and fish & chips, and to give us a good base before the season of chocolates and buffets is upon us.  I also like us all to take multivitamin at this time of year – belt and braces so to speak!

When I go to stock up on vitamins for me and the hubby this weekend I will be sure to pick up a promotional pack of Multibionta vitamins, as they have a fab promotion at the moment.  By purchasing a promotional pack of the popular vitamins, and entering the unique 13 digit code online you could be winning one of 20 fantastic Grand Days Out, built by you, worth approximately £1,000 each.  Each Grand Day out will include a morning activity, lunch, an afternoon activity and evening entertainment!  You could be learning to snowboard, followed by lunch, then spa treatments in the afternoon followed by an evening at a comedy club – sounds great doesn’t it!  Every unique code code only be used once, and only in the one month.  All entries received by 23:59 on the last day of the month will be included in that month’s draw.  Two winners will be picked out every month until the closing date of 23:59 on 31st December 2014.  To enter you simply need to submit your unique code online, and if you win your will be contacted after the draw at the end of the month.  So grab a packet, give your family an immune system boost and you could be winning an awesome day out for your troubles!

On the Grand Days Out theme, here are some other competitions you might want to try this weekend:

  • Do you have a Peppa Pig fan in your house?  My eldest used to love that little porker when she was small.  Would your Peppa fan like to visit Santa’s Christmas Wonderland at Paulton’s Park, home of Peppa Pig?  I bet they would.  Head over to the Chelsea mamma blog and enter via the Rafflecopter form there by midnight on 2nd November 2014 for a chance to win a family ticket!
  • Fancy a VIP day out with the girls at The Clothes Show Live?  Enter the Marie Claire competition by midnight on 13th November 2014 by registering or logging into the website and answering the question (Our advice – over 40) and you could be winning 4 tickets to the event at Birmingham’s NEC, plus an Alcatel Onetouch Pop S3 handset and £150 of Lee Stafford products. You can enter once a day until the closing date too.
  • Do you know a footie fan who would love to win four hospitality tickets for Manchester City Vs Bayern Munich at the Etihad Stadium on 25th November?  The Daily Mirror are offering a great prize package for four including executive high-back Olympian style seating in the Colin Bell stand, a four course contemporary fusion menu, half time and full time refreshments, betting facilities, match programme and parking.  The dress code is smart casual, no sportswear or trainers!  To be in with a chance of winning enter your details online by midday on 14th November 2014.
  • I am determined to take my family to a ballet at some point – will make it one of my resolutions for next year I think.  In the meantime I would love to win the Junior Magazine competition to win family tickets to see The English National Ballet’s Nutcracker at the London Coliseum this Christmas.  To enter register or log in at the site and enter your details before midnight on 20th November 2014 – simple!
  • Do you live in travelling distance of Woburn Safari Park in Bedfordshire – if so then World of Animals may have just the prize for you.  They are giving away a fantastic VIP Animal Safari Experience for 4 people, worth £299.  The winner and 3 guests will enjoy a 2 hour ride of a lifetime through the African reserves, Lion Park and jungle reserves in a special off-road vehicle.  They will also get a hands-on animal encounter with the lemurs or the meerkats, as well as a gift voucher worth £80.  The comp ends at midnight on 30th November 2014, and all you need to do is answer the question (Our advice – Hyena).

Happy weekend comping everyone, and lots of Lucky Dust to you all!

Hi Kirsty
Had a good start to November today when a voucher for a free bar of chocolate from the Cadburys Win a Banger promotion turned up, I had forgotten I won it - but chocolate is chocolate!
My email spam folder unearthed a win of a winter survival kit with Belvoir/Emma Bridgewater from delicious magazine so quite hopeful it includes some Emma Bridgewater crockery as that would be a luxury item for me.
And a runner up prize of £5 Marks and Spencers voucher from a U2U on Chatterbox.

October was dire but I have been stressed about other things in my life and a meeting this morning sorted a lot of that out - maybe my more uplifted mood attracted the wins, I do wonder whether that's true.
Have been making more of an effort with the comps that Superlucky Di lists on her blog; we shall see if that yields results!

Good luck everyone

Kathryn

Hi Kathryn,

Good to hear form you. You have had some nice wins - well done! This looks like your Delicious win - well done!!! http://www.deliciousmagazine.co.uk/articles/win-three-belvoir-ultimate-w...

Sounds like a case of life taking over comps for you, sometimes happens that way. I am a firm believer in positive thoughts though - the days I am grumpy and don't think I am going to win are usually the days I don't win a thing.

Keep at it and hopefully the positive changes will have a good effect on your wins - look forward to hearing them all!

Kirsty xx
